Kick off of the Philippine Independence Day Parade on 38th and Madison Ave moving south to 27th Street and Madison. Usually participated in by over 100 contingents of marchers, floats, bands, open convertibles and invited special guests and celebrities.
With delectable edibles, wares and goods, business promotions are front and center at the street fair – and is always a hub of frenetic activity. Food trips, reunions, and new Filipino product introductions and ware are a common occurence.
