2025 PIDCI Media Accreditation
Be part and cover one of the largest Philippine Independence Anniversary Commemoration Parade in the U.S. on June 1, 2025 at Madison Ave, New York City.

Thank you for your interest in becoming one of our Media Partners for this year’s festivities. The Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDCI) is thrilled to have you cover their upcoming parade on June 1st, 2025 in New York City, showcasing Filipino-American culture. Your media coverage is vital in capturing the event’s essence and sharing it with a wider audience.
As part of the accreditation process, photographers and videographers must agree to share their work with PIDCI for promotional use. This includes materials like social media posts and website content. PIDCI assures contributors that their work will be credited whenever used.
To streamline the process, PIDCI requests high-resolution copies of photos and videos within a week after the parade. Submit them electronically via an online shared drive like Dropbox or Google Drive to .
All submitted content will be used solely by PIDCI for non-commercial purposes and won’t be shared with third parties without prior consent.
PIDCI greatly appreciates your dedication to capturing the parade’s spirit. They thank you for sharing your work and helping to preserve Filipino-American cultural heritage.
Kindly, complete the online Media Accreditation Request form on the link below at your earliest convenience and complete no later than May 27, 2025.
As such, we will review all Media Accreditation requests upon receipt and notify you of your approval or denial as soon as possible via email.
If approved, media badges can also be picked up at the Community Meeting on May 28, 2025 at the Kalayaan Hall of the Philippine Consulate General in New York.
Please note that security will be very strict this year, so make sure to bring a PHOTO ID on the day of the Parade. Our Security Staff will have a “Master List of Names” of those with access and will match it against your photo ID.
