Media Accreditation

Be part and cover one of the largest Philippine Independence Anniversary Commemoration Parade in the U.S. on June 4, 2023 at Madison Ave, New York City.

Mabuhay!

The 125th Philippine Independence Day Parade is Sunday, June 4th.  We are finally having an in-person parade after two years and we are very excited to see you all.

If you are interested in becoming one of our Media Partners for this year’s festivities, kindly, complete the online Media Accreditation Request form here at your earliest convenience and complete no later than May 31st.

Please note the purpose of this Media Accreditation Request process is to allow us to grant as much access as possible to members of the media, while safeguarding and protecting everyone involved in the parade as well as the spectators. We just want to ensure the parade will be smoothly executed and avoid any disorder in the process by limiting the distribution of Press Passes to only those properly accredited.

As such, we will review all Media Accreditation requests upon receipt and notify you of your approval or denial as soon as possible.

If approved, media badges can also be picked up at the Community Meeting on May 31, 2023 at the Kalayaan Hall of the Philippine Consulate General in New York.

Please note that security will be very strict this year, so  make sure to bring a PHOTO ID on day of Parade.  Our Security Staff will have a “Master List of Names” of those with access and will match it against your photo ID.

Again, please complete this form no later than May 31st as we will be printing off our final list the morning of June 2nd and cannot make any other additions/revisions to the list after that.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!  Looking forward to seeing you all on June 4th!
